Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

In certain circumstances, including severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, peak shipping periods, or other events beyond our reasonable control, order processing and shipment may be delayed. If such delays occur, orders will be dispatched as soon as normal operations resume.
